Angie is always moving…. a self-proclaimed hummingbird. If her body is not in motion, her mind is. Even as a kid you couldn’t get her to sit down, especially if music was playing. She got hooked on group exercise at 17 and has been teaching classes ever since.

DANCE + SCULPT.

Lose yourself in this fun-filled, high-energy, calorie blasting dance class to your favorite club, hip-hop, pop and Latin music. Achieve strength and definition by using a combination of effective resistance training exercises targeting all the major muscle groups.

NUTRITION.

Food is not the enemy. The more people understand about nutrition the less likely they are to make poor choices. My goal is to improve my clients’ relationship with food while helping them understand that most habits are not food related at all.

TRAIN.

I put together a fun, inspiring, holistic workshop. I want women to get a better understanding of why weight training is so valuable and why diets don’t work. Finding the proper balance between exercise and nutrition is key. Join me on this journey toward better health!
